Senior Sales Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the technical evaluation stage of the sales cycle for owner and developer prospects, from
• Partner with Sales to understand and redesign complex real estate development and construction
• Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand existing ERP, construction management, payments
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations for executive, finance, operational, technical
• Clearly communicate how technology solutions can improve operational efficiency and transparency
• Develop and present ROI-focused financial models that quantify expected value and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical aptitude to understand, analyze, and explain software systems, integrations, and
• Previous experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, pre-sales, or consultative SaaS
• Proptech, construction technology, real estate technology, or related industry experience strongly
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality product demonstrations tailored to different audiences.
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong consultative selling and discovery capabilities.
