📋 Description

• Own sales process with AEs; lead tech strategy across opportunities
• Lead discovery to uncover tech challenges and goals
• Deliver product demos and workshops aligning capabilities to outcomes
• End-to-end ownership of technical evaluations and plans
• Develop technical champions across multi-stakeholder deals
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering for field feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Sales/Solutions Engineering or similar role
• Ability to influence across technical, business, exec audiences
• Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP; Kubernetes; APM/tracing; security
• Strong communication to explain complex concepts
• Consultative, outcome-driven problem solving
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities in fast pace
