Senior Sales Engineer - Token Factory

📋 Description

• Lead in-depth technical discovery with engineering teams, technical founders, and other customer
• Translate customer objectives into production-ready architectures while identifying technical
• Partner closely with Sales on strategic opportunities, using architectural clarity to influence
• Define measurable PoC success criteria covering latency, time to first token (TTFT), throughput
• Assess workload complexity and determine the appropriate level of optimization, technical support
• Drive structured Go/No-Go decisions and ensure PoCs remain appropriately scoped, economically

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of performance-sensitive AI inference systems and GPU-backed infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience deploying and scaling LLM workloads at production scale.
• Hands-on proficiency with relevant open-source and commercial inference frameworks such as vLLM
• Strong technical foundation in AI architectures, latency engineering, throughput, cost
• Experience collaborating with engineering-led organizations, including technical and executive
• Customer-facing and communication skills: ability to build trust, challenge assumptions, and
