Senior Sales Manager

📋 Description

• Build relationships with customers seeking digital asset solutions (custody, payments, trading)
• Partner with senior sales leaders to drive opportunities across banks and asset managers
• Lead discovery, qualification, and negotiations for select accounts through contract execution
• Support sales with technical deep dives alongside product specialists to address requirements
• Own RFx processes and responses with SMEs
• Coordinate pricing and inputs across sales, finance, product, and legal

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of distributed ledger technology and digital asset use cases (smart contracts, DeFi)
• Solid understanding of the digital asset custody market
• Strong network with large financial institutions, asset managers, and crypto natives needing custody
• 10+ years of experience in Sales/BD, Software/IT systems product management, Technical Sales, or equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant experience advising and selling to financial institutions
• Demonstrated track record of successful sales or business development support
