Senior Sales Training Manager

📋 Description

• Assess sales performance and capability needs using stakeholder input, field observations, call
• Translate sales strategy, business priorities, performance trends, and learning direction into
• Advise Sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on capability gaps, behavior expectations
• Lead high-impact sales training initiatives from discovery through design, delivery, reinforcement
• Design and deliver engaging, role-based learning experiences that strengthen critical sales
• Build reinforcement and readiness approaches, including manager coaching resources, practice

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in sales training, sales enablement, learning and development
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, consultative selling, and the capabilities required
• Demonstrated experience leading complex or high-impact sales training initiatives as an individual
• Strong facilitation, communication, and consulting skills, with the ability to influence senior
• Experience using sales and learning technologies, including CRM and learning platforms; Salesforce
• Strong strategic thinking, business judgment, organizational skills, and ability to operate with
