Senior Salesforce Administrator

📋 Description

• Own the configuration, support, and customization of our Salesforce instance and its integrations
• Lead the Salesforce roadmap with business and technical stakeholders, from discovery to launch
• Serve as the subject matter expert in business process design: evaluate how teams work today
• Set standards for a scalable, well-governed org architecture, including the data model, page
• Build with Flow and declarative tools first, make sound build-versus-code decisions, and partner
• Own security design across profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing settings, and lead

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both
• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator; Salesforce Administrator
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and the ability
• Demonstrated experience mentoring junior team members and leading projects or initiatives, formally
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
