Administer Salesforce end-to-end (configuration, security, custom objects, declarative automation)
Maintain data definitions, data dictionary, data hygiene (dedup/matching/validation)
Run lead/account routing automation (LeanData)
Manage third-party system integrations and architecture
Build reports and dashboards including executive-level views
Triage GTM system requests and manage change/release processes

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of Business Systems/Sales Ops/RevOps experience
Hands-on Salesforce administration experience
SOQL and object-model fluency
Strong experience with LeanData, Salesloft and system integrations
Experience setting up funnel metrics and data governance
Cross-functional alignment (Sales, Marketing, Finance, CS, Support)
