Senior Salesforce Architect (US)

📋 Description

• Design, deliver, and improve Salesforce Product-to-Cash on RCA/CPQ.
• Coach engineers and solution designers; raise architectural standards.
• Own end-to-end Product-to-Cash: quoting, billing, revenue, support.
• Produce HLD/LLD and diagrams for technical audiences.
• Manage roadmaps and enforce platform standards across Salesforce.
• Architect and govern billing systems and cross-system data integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years Salesforce experience across implementation, configuration, and design.
• 3–5 years Salesforce architecture experience (minimum required).
• Deep RCA/CPQ expertise; coach and mentor others on the platform.
• Experience producing HLD/LLD and architectural roadmaps.
• End-to-end Product-to-Cash solution experience: quoting, contracting, billing, revenue.
• Strong experience with billing systems: invoicing, payments, dunning, revenue recognition.
• Experience working with cross-system integrations.
• AI-first mindset; exposure to Agent Force and Claude-based solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce Connected Apps.
• Experience designing/delivering complex B2B SaaS Salesforce solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise apps like Gong, DocuSign CLM, etc. is a plus.
• Strong Salesforce architecture knowledge: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud.
• Strong leadership and communication; able to explain to non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with TOGAF, C4, ArchiMate frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Understanding of security architecture principles.
