Senior Salesforce Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Hands-on platform administration, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, testing, upgrades
• Maintain and optimize CPQ, pricing, quoting, and opportunity workflows to support the quote-to-cash
• Serve as the escalation line of support for Salesforce, handling escalated issues such as contract
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, gather requirements independently, and
• Define and implement Salesforce standard operating procedures including but not limited to: field
• Conduct regular system audits and health checks to proactively identify and resolve data quality

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including hands-on work with Salesforce CPQ and
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and a functional understanding of CPQ, pricing
• Hands-on experience writing and maintaining Apex (triggers, classes, batch/schedulable jobs), with
• Foundational knowledge of other Salesforce development concepts (Visualforce, Lightning Web
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party tools via native connectors, managed packages
• Strong customer service orientation, with a genuine desire to help users work through problems
