Senior Scientific Director, Oncology Clinical Development (Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma)

📋 Description

• Lead design and implementation of clinical development programs
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver scientific data
• Own protocols, IBs, CSRs, and regulatory submissions
• Oversee study teams, enrollment, and timelines
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and GCP standards
• Represent AbbVie in external scientific discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in sciences; MS/PhD preferred; NHL experience preferred
• 8+ years of clinical trial experience
• Ability to lead complex programs independently
• Proven cross-functional leadership and influence
• Strong regulatory, compliance, and trial methodology knowledge
• Excellent English communication skills
