📋 Description

• Lead protein expression assays on tissues and liquid biopsies (CTCs)
• Perform assay design, development, validation, and sample testing
• Ensure assays are performed according to SOPs
• Support development of new procedures and improvement of existing SOPs
• Supervise assigned laboratory staff
• Communicate results to clients and build relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in cell biology, oncology, or related fields plus 6+ years lab experience OR Master's degree
• Experience in cell culture
• Experience with manual staining and automated protocols (e.g., Leica Bond autostainer) for
• Experience with Indica Halo or other digital pathology software
• Ability to prioritize tasks in team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills
