Develop, validate and conduct biological assays for PD, immunogenicity and vaccines.
Perform assays for research, preclinical and clinical trials.
Prepare and review SOPs, policies and records to ensure quality.
Analyze data, present results and assist internal and client reports.
Interact with clients in technical discussions.
Ensure ISO/IEC 17025, OECD GLP, GCLP compliance and safe lab operations.

🎯 Requirements

BSc (Hons) in Biological science; PhD or equivalent preferred.
Experience in medical laboratory techniques (Essential).
Strong background in PD, immunogenicity and vaccine assays.
Experience optimizing/validating plate-based PD/immuno assays.
Excellent written/spoken communication; team player.
Experience handling clinical samples in industry/CRO settings.
