Senior Scientist I, LNP Platform

📋 Description

• Independently propose, design, lead, and manage novel technical projects focused on formulation
• Serve as a technical lead for complex formulation and process development activities, including
• Lead DOE-based experimental design, execution, analysis, and interpretation to optimize LNP
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior and associate scientists, including guidance
• Drive technical problem-solving and root-cause investigations for aberrant results, process
• Represent your project in cross-functional project teams, communicating technical strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and typically 10 years of experience, Master's Degree or
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead formulation, drug product, or process development
• Strong expertise in LNP formulation development, nucleic acid delivery, nanoparticle
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex formulation or process challenges and develop scientifically
• Experience providing technical guidance, mentorship, or matrix leadership to junior colleagues.
• Strong project management skills, including ability to prioritize work, manage timelines
