📋 Description

• Develop, train, and validate ML models for tissue image analysis (segmentation, object detection
• Apply deep learning and representation learning to digital pathology
• Curate large pathology datasets for robust model training/evaluation
• Build data preprocessing, feature engineering, and deployment pipelines
• Collaborate with pathologists, biologists, statisticians, and engineers
• Assist external collaborations to enhance project outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors+12y, Masters+10y, or PhD+4y; advanced degree aligned with domain
• Experience in image analysis: segmentation, detection, classification
• Python, OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch experience
• Familiarity with MLOps, deployment, monitoring, lifecycle mgmt
• Cloud exp with AWS/Azure/GCP, scalable ML pipelines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
