Senior Security Analyst, Customer Assurance

📋 Description

• Own Plaid’s Security Contracts workstream end-to-end as the DRI.
• Review MSAs, DPAs, and security addenda; provide actionable feedback.
• Build playbooks, processes, and infrastructure for scalable reviews.
• Use data patterns to reduce deal friction; track metrics; apply AI.
• Support security trust activities: questionnaires and external audits.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience reviewing MSAs, DPAs, and security addenda.
• Deep knowledge of security clauses: incident windows, audit rights, encryption.
• Translate security posture into clear contract positions.
• Represent security program to customers and financial partners on calls.
• SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, GDPR/CCPA knowledge.
• AI fluency; redlining contract language is a plus.
