🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of total experience across software engineering, platform engineering, or security
• Former software engineer or technical security specialist who transitioned into engineering
• Proven track record designing, building, and running security controls at scale across public
• Hands-on mastery of secure coding practices, modern DevSecOps integration, threat modelling, and
• Proven ability to translate high-level business risk into prioritised, actionable engineering
• Strong track record delivering multi-quarter technical initiatives from inception to measurable
