📋 Description

• Lead incident lifecycle from intake to resolution for mission-critical SaaS environments
• Serve as Incident Commander during high-severity events and escalations
• Coordinate cross-functional response across Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, Support, NOC
• Communicate clearly with internal and executive stakeholders
• Drive incident timelines, action items, and post-incident reviews
• Support service continuity and platform reliability with on-call leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Incident/Major Incident Management or related ops leadership
• Experience leading high-severity incidents in SaaS/cloud environments
• Strong executive communication under pressure
• Cross-functional coordination with technical teams
• Ability to drive accountability and complex incident response
• Understanding of cloud, networking, VoIP, SaaS platforms, APIs, distributed systems
