📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end service design across the lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• GOV.UK Service Standard or public sector experience
• Ability to simplify complexity for usable, scalable services
• Comfortable with ambiguity and guiding direction
• Plan and lead workshops; manage diverse stakeholders
• Design for accessibility and inclusion across channels
• Proficient with Miro, Lucid, and basic Figma
