📋 Description

Lead service design activity within an Agile multidisciplinary delivery team.
Map as-is and to-be services, identifying pain points and opportunities.
Create and maintain service blueprints, journey maps, and service maps.
Translate user research and analytics into actionable service improvements.
Plan and facilitate workshops and co-design sessions.
Contribute to GOV.UK Service Standard assessments.

🎯 Requirements

Senior Service Designer experience in UK public sector or GDS-aligned environment.
Experience designing services to the GOV.UK Service Standard.
Experience across Discovery, Alpha, Beta or Live delivery phases.
Strong service mapping and visualisation skills.
Workshop facilitation and co-design skills.
Experience with Miro, Lucid, Figma or similar tools.
