📋 Description

• Lead discovery discussions with prospects and customers to understand business objectives, current
• Translate customer requirements into clear service solution approaches covering delivery phases
• Develop effort estimates and resource models in collaboration with Delivery Managers and Technical
• Draft and refine Statements of Work (SOWs) and supporting proposal materials to ensure they are
• Clearly define scope boundaries, including in-scope and out-of-scope activities, customer
• Support services pricing and packaging discussions by balancing delivery feasibility

🎯 Requirements

• Bring at least 5 years of experience in professional services solutioning, solution consulting
• Demonstrate experience scoping and documenting services engagements, including developing
• Have the ability to estimate effort and translate business and technical requirements into
• Be familiar with implementation methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present
