Senior Services Engineer (B2Bi/CFT)

📋 Description

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for production and non-production integration platforms.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, service requests, monitoring events, health checks, and
• Lead technical escalations and critical incident restoration, participate in service restoration
• Design, configure, deploy, test, and support B2B and managed file transfer integrations using
• Manage partner onboarding, connectivity validation, certificate exchanges, routing configuration
• Administer enterprise integration, managed file transfer, gateway, monitoring, and event management

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise B2B integration, managed file transfer
• Strong hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting mission-critical production applications
• Experience administering enterprise file transfer, B2B integration, partner connectivity, secure
• Familiarity with Axway products such as B2Bi, TransferCFT, Sentinel, Secure Relay, and Event Router
• Practical knowledge of integration protocols, including AS2, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, MQ, PeSIT, and SSH.
• Experience with Linux/Unix, Windows, Oracle, SQL, and PostgreSQL; familiarity with Kafka is an
