📋 Description

• Raise the standard of social media strategy and services by continuously identifying new
• Ensure social strategies remain current, timely, audience-focused, and aligned with client
• Lead onboarding and strategy sessions for enterprise-level clients, establishing clear strategic
• Serve as a social strategy subject matter expert, advising clients and internal teams on best
• Guide junior members of the content strategy team through coaching, support-oriented one-on-ones
• Challenge the status quo and encourage experimentation, innovation, and stronger strategic thinking

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in brand and/or social strategy, ideally within a social, digital, or
• Strong understanding of social media, internet culture, audience behavior, and evolving platform
• Big-picture strategic thinking with the ability to dive into detailed execution and translate
• Strong analytical skills, curiosity, creativity, imagination, and a genuine interest in
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, listening, and presentation skills, with the ability to
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines
