📋 Description

• Leading and rapidly building end-to-end features from scratch for Loopio's platform.
• Going beyond writing Python or Java: designing and shipping reusable frameworks and shared
• Proactively build technology to prevent bugs as they come up, because you can't stand crappy
• Interact with and gather detailed feedback from our customers because you understand that creating
• Partner closely with the ML team to design, integrate, and productionise AI agents and

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• Proven track record of designing and delivering complex software systems at scale.
• Strong experience in backend/API development in Python, Java or PHP.
• Strong understanding of database design and RDBMS such as MySQL or similar.
• Proficient in using and designing scalable RESTful APIs.
• Mentorship to other engineers through coaching, design, and code reviews.
