Senior Software Developer in Test, Quality Platform

📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and evolve shared quality platforms, test automation frameworks, and developer
• Design and develop AI-assisted test authoring infrastructure
• Establish and improve CI integration standards
• Design specialized test harnesses for AI-powered product capabilities
• Identify and solve systemic test debt, flaky tests, and quality issues
• Develop reusable testing utilities and frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, or comparable technologies
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with shared developer tooling, testing infrastructure, engineering platforms
• Practical experience with AI development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
• Ability to take ownership of complex systems end-to-end
