Build and own full-stack features (React/TypeScript frontend, C++/Python backend)
Design high-performance, low-latency data pipelines for real-time safety events
Develop REST APIs and async backend services for dashboards and alerts
Collaborate with product, design, and Research to translate safety data into interfaces
Contribute to GCP cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines for reliability
Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to iterate quickly

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of professional software engineering with full-stack ownership
Startup/high-growth experience; worn multiple hats under constraints
Product and business mindset; engineering decisions impact outcomes
Strong communication; collaborate cross-functionally and write clearly
BS in Computer Engineering, CS, or related field preferred
Familiarity with C++ in high-performance, low-latency, real-time systems preferred
