Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Deliver features via spec-driven agentic workflows to production-ready standards
• Design agent workflows with boundaries, escalation points and human-in-loop
• Curate agent context: repo maps, architecture summaries, decision logs, templates
• Own delivery end-to-end: clarify requirements, research, engage stakeholders
• Lead business-significant projects and align with company strategy
• Partner with Product, Data and Design on core roadmap initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency with AI coding tools across the full development lifecycle
• A spec-first mindset: decompose work into agent-executable units with clear constraints
• Root-cause habit: fix upstream prompts, context or plan when AI output errs
• Strong CS fundamentals and ability to design scalable architectures
• Deep care for product and commercial context
• Passion for teaching and mentoring team growth
