Build and ship JavaScript across the platform (Node backend and React UI).
Build and scale our core API to handle millions of requests per day.
Investigate and debug issues using monitoring and logging tools; create action items to resolve them.
Help maintain our high technical bar by code reviews and interviewing new team members.
Collaborate with the team to define the roadmap by understanding customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of full-time software engineering experience, ideally full-stack.
Expert knowledge in JS, Python, Java, or equivalent languages.
Experience building scalable production apps.
Ability to clearly communicate concepts and break down tasks.
Balance speed and correctness; ship right the first time.
Natural curiosity to stay current with FinTech trends.
