Own services end-to-end including monitoring and reliability
Participate in on-call rotations and incident response

🎯 Requirements

4+ years backend software development experience
Proficient in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Rust
PostgreSQL design, SQL optimization, migrations (Knex)
DevOps on GCP with Docker-based pipelines
Observability: Sentry and Grafana
Ownership mindset: end-to-end ownership and on-call
