Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead backend development, building and maintaining server-side logic.
• Own services end-to-end: deploy, operate, and keep them healthy in production.
• Collaborate with CloudEng, frontend, product, UX to deliver features.
• Participate in on-call/off-hours rotation, triaging incidents.
• Apply AI-assisted development tools judiciously to move faster with quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in software development with backend focus.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Rust for backend services.
• PostgreSQL and SQL optimization, including schema design and migrations.
• Hands-on DevOps on GCP with Docker-based build and deploy pipelines.
• Observability with OpenTelemetry, Sentry, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Ownership mindset with code reviews, security/privacy reviews.
• Mentoring experience and accountability for technical excellence.
