Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead backend development, building and maintaining server-side logic
• Own services end-to-end: deploy, operate, and monitor in production
• Collaborate with CloudEng, frontend, product, and UX to deliver features
• Participate in on-call/off-hours rotation; triage incidents with support teams
• Rotate into releases and dependency updates; respond to customer requests
• Apply AI-assisted tools to move faster while preserving quality

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of backend-focused software development
• Strong Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Rust backend skills
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, SQL optimization, migrations (Knex)
• Hands-on DevOps on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with Docker-based pipelines
• Observability with Sentry and Grafana
• Ownership mindset: end-to-end ownership, on-call support, mentoring
