📋 Description

• Build and own shared components such as service scaffolding, logging, observability and

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level experience (typically 5+ years) building production applications with Java and Spring
• A track record of building software other engineers depend on, such as APIs, SDKs, shared libraries
• Good judgement about platform design: which abstractions are worth having, when a default should be
• Experience driving change across team boundaries, including the persuasion and support it takes to
• Disciplined use of AI tooling: you direct it through planning, implementation and validation, and
• Clear technical writing: documentation people can follow and design proposals that lead to decisions
