Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Deliver IAM (Identity & Access Management) capabilities across the Ping platform encompassing
• Contribute to the design and implementation of APIs, models, workflows, orchestration surfaces, and
• Research and prototype solutions in emerging areas, working with senior technical leaders and
• Work closely with product management, UX, and engineering teams across Ping to refine features and
• Participate in development life cycle activities such as design, coding, testing, rollout, and
• Use modern AI tooling such as Claude Code as part of day-to-day engineering work to accelerate

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to design, build, test, and operate production services using Java, JavaScript, Google
• Ability to use AI engineering tools to accelerate research, code understanding, prototyping
• Experience building production services, distributed systems, or shared platform capabilities
• Experience designing and implementing APIs, RESTful services, integration contracts, and data or
• Experience turning requirements and ambiguous problems into designs, prototypes, and
• Experience with authentication, authorisation, and identity management
