📋 Description

• Orchestrate agent fleets to ingest, sanitize, and normalize medical data.
• Build scalable data ingest and cloud ML infrastructure.
• Develop performant interfaces to the data.
• Automate customer onboarding with agent-executed systems.
• Set technical direction and own delivery as a force multiplier.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering in production.
• Orchestrate coding agents to multiply throughput.
• Strong algorithms, DS, and systems design.
• Experience building data pipelines from disparate sources.
• Hands-on experience scaling compute clusters.
• Databases and large-scale processing with Hadoop or Spark.
• Willing to collaborate in office 3 days weekly.
