📋 Description

• Improve the core Gecko accessibility engine's architecture, stability, and performance.
• Debug and fix issues in our multi-process, multi-threaded codebase.
• Debug OS specific issues.
• Build strong relationships with engineers and leaders on other teams.
• Collaborate with design/front-end teams to identify and fix accessibility issues.
• Influence web standards to improve access to new web technology.

🎯 Requirements

• A degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency with C++.
• Knowledge of web accessibility and ARIA.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, the web, and web apps.
• Experience writing and debugging multi-process, multi-threaded code.
• Creative problem-solving and debugging skills.
