Senior Software Engineer - Accounting & Ledger Systems

📋 Description

• Design and extend our core ledger — accounts, postings, and the account-type/ledger structures that
• Own the chart-of-accounts and reporting surface that connects engineering data to financial
• Work across the boundary between on-chain data and off-chain books: balance verification
• Partner with engineering teams early in the design process to make sure new features correctly
• Design data models that can absorb new financial products (margin, lending, staking, tokenized

🎯 Requirements

• Real, working knowledge of accounting fundamentals: double-entry bookkeeping, chart-of-accounts
• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience, with a track record of owning data-model
• Strong instincts for extensible system design — schemas and APIs that can grow with new
• Comfort reading and critiquing technical designs across multiple systems, not just writing your own.
• Strong cross-functional communication — you'll work directly with Finance, Data Engineering, and
