Senior Software Engineer, Agents

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate production-grade agentic systems that deliver tangible value to
• Develop and improve core agent infrastructure, including orchestration, tool execution, context
• Build meaningful user-facing AI features and continuously monitor their usage, reliability
• Own projects end to end, from identifying opportunities and defining scope through architecture
• Work closely with Product and other engineering teams to prioritize initiatives, validate ideas
• Quickly understand and improve existing codebases, including systems and components you did not

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience building and shipping production software systems.
• Demonstrated experience building production AI agents that are actively used by real users
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals, with experience developing systems that are reliable
• Proven ability to deliver meaningful user-facing features and improve them based on usage
• Strong product mindset and customer orientation, with the ability to understand problems from the
• Experience taking ownership beyond implementation, including scoping, prioritization, architecture
