📋 Description

• Own features end-to-end as Feature Lead in a small full-stack team.
• Lead design and delivery of LLM agents for SOC workflows.
• Influence architecture, standards, and code quality in the stream.
• Ground decisions in outcomes, balancing speed and security.
• Mentor engineers and participate in hiring and onboarding.
• Travel to the office twice weekly as needed (Berlin/The Hague).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of development experience across backend and frontend.
• Strong, broad stack with deep expertise in at least one area.
• Experience with typed languages (Typescript, Java, dotnet, PHP) and React/Go.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered agents or agentic workflows.
• Comfort using AI coding tools and mentoring others.
• Strong communication and secure coding practices; English fluency.
