Senior Software Engineer, AI Automation (Brazil)

📋 Description

• Embed directly with intel analysts to understand goals, constraints, and workflows, translating
• Identify highest-leverage opportunities to improve intelligence collection with a product lens
• Design, build, and own AI-powered internal applications end-to-end: back-end services, APIs, data
• Develop custom agentic solutions leveraging state-of-the-art models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic
• Own projects end-to-end - technical design, architecture, scoping, delivery, iteration, and ongoing
• Build reliable, scalable systems for day-to-day analyst use.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-stack software engineering experience building scalable web applications
• Strong product sense and ability to ship high-impact, scalable solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript with strong back-end and systems engineering
• Experience building backend systems with datastores (Postgres, pgvector, Pinecone, Redis) and
• Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools and applications (e.g., agentic IDEs, AI-enabled
• High degree of ownership and initiative with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous
