📋 Description

• Build tools and platforms enabling engineers to work with AI; own end-to-end.
• Own end-to-end from experiments to production, with runbooks and monitoring.
• Shape internal skills marketplace and AI distribution platform for the org.
• Collaborate with AWS, Microsoft and GitHub on early-access tech not public yet.
• Hybrid, cross-region AU/NZ team with regular syncs.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in C#, .NET and AWS.
• Experience building internal tools or platforms used by engineers.
• Production discipline: runbooks, monitoring, and rollback planning.
• Clear communicator who can bring others along with ideas.
• Curious about coding agents and AI-native tools.
• Able to challenge decisions directly and learn quickly.
