Senior Software Engineer, Backend (Account Management)

📋 Description

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for the team; lead engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics to articulate constraints and trade-offs.
• Identify and solve project, process, technology, or business issues; drive initiatives.
• Support operations and availability of team artifacts with metrics and on-call efforts.
• Foster quality and ownership by setting code review and design standards.
• Develop talent through feedback and by leading by example.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building backend systems at scale using Python or Kotlin.
• Experience in highly available distributed systems with AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes.
• Frontend awareness for web/mobile layers, including fraud prevention and backend-for-frontend
• Ability to define technical plans for large features with elegant, extensible design.
• Proven capability to make significant changes in large codebases with safe tooling.
• Strong communication skills for global engineering collaboration.
