Senior Software Engineer (Backend Focused)

📋 Description

• Take ownership of data-driven backend features that power personalised navigation, product
• Develop features such as chatbots, personalised search filters, and other data-driven capabilities
• Design, implement, and continuously improve APIs and backend services.
• Contribute to backend architecture and technical decision-making, collaborating with the team to
• Support full-stack development when needed, including smaller frontend and infrastructure tasks.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, and actively participate in code reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset, with the ability to take initiative, drive conversations
• Excellent English communication skills (CEFR C1 or above), with the ability to communicate clearly
• Strong backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot, including working with relational
• Good understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and their application in backend
