📋 Description

• Own and lead engineering projects across product lines.
• Collaborate with AI, Legal, and GTM teams to deliver value.
• Build secure systems for customers across web, desktop, and API.
• Develop AI-platform features: orchestration layers, tool calls, retrieval.
• Ship full stack: React/TypeScript frontend, Python/Postgres backend.
• Scale document ingestion and data processing 10x every 6 months.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product-focused full-stack software engineering.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, CSS (TailwindCSS), Python.
• Track record building fast-growing SaaS products.
• Ship highly intuitive products with strong attention to detail.
• Build scalable, extensible solutions across the stack.
• Strong CS knowledge and programming skills.
• Grit; startup experience is a plus.
