🎯 Requirements

• Previous work or internship experience designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale.
• Experienced using Python or Kotlin.
• Familiar with distributed systems building blocks and technologies like AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to turn simple problems into solutions interacting with multiple software components
• Comfortable navigating large codebases, debugging others' code, and providing feedback through code
• Ownership of growth and proactive feedback seeking.
