Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain production services across multiple infrastructure projects
• Participate in architectural discussions and challenge trade-offs
• Collaborate with SREs on infrastructure and operational decisions
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Respond to production incidents and contribute to their resolution
• Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience on large-scale systems
• Strong proficiency in Go, Rust, or Scala, with willingness to work across all three
• Proven experience with large databases (schema design, query optimization, scale)
• Direct experience in production incident management: support rotations, war rooms
• Hands-on experience with DevOps/SRE tooling: Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, CI/CD
• Strong understanding of fault-tolerance, observability, scalability, and reliability in distributed systems
