• Redesign the whole workflow around AI tools rather than adding AI to how you already work.

• Give feedback when something isn't good enough and take it just as well.

🎯 Requirements

• Built and run non-trivial production systems.
• Strong architectural judgement, owning decisions around system structure and patterns.
• Serious AI practice; can talk specifically about how AI has changed the way you build.
• Directness in giving and receiving feedback.
• Good instincts about what's worth doing.
• Learn quickly; if you haven't written Go, it's not a problem.
