Senior Software Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Build and operate core infra for Decagon's agentic AI
• Design platforms over cloud infra, Kubernetes, and networking
• Ensure scalability and reliability for multi-tenant deployments
• Own enterprise deployments in customer clouds (VPC, permissions, networking)
• Create automation and runbooks for repeatable deployments
• Monitor, alert, and rollback as first class parts of releases

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building and operating core infrastructure or platform engineering, incl. customer deployments
• Deep experience with a major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure), plus Terraform and Kubernetes at scale
• Strong cloud networking fundamentals (VPCs, IAM, DNS, load balancing)
• Track record operating production systems: monitoring, on-call, incident response
• Clear technical writing and track record of driving adoption across teams
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with rapid change
