Senior Software Engineer, Continuous Deployment

📋 Description

• Own the reliability and operational excellence of our deployment platform
• Build and own the paved path for continuous delivery, and own the safety net that makes the
• Work cross-functionally with application teams and SRE to move services onto the paved path
• Set the technical bar for how code is shipped safely to production, and mentor the engineers around

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience in platform
• Hands-on experience with a continuous deployment system in a large organization, Harness preferred
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container-based deployments
• Expertise with programming languages like Python, Go, or Bash, and with 'infrastructure as code'
• Excellent customer-facing skills, turning fuzzy problems into concrete plans with measurable
• Judgment to pick the problem worth solving — you self-direct when the problem statement has not
