🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including significant experience building
• 3+ years of experience in AdTech or MarTech, ideally within high-scale or performance-critical
• Advanced programming expertise in Go, or strong proficiency in comparable languages such as C++
• Experience applying machine learning, mathematics, and numerical methods to production engineering
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, particularly data structures, algorithms
• Hands-on experience working with multiple database technologies and understanding their performance

🎁 Benefits

• U.S. base salary range of $160,000–$220,000 USD, with final compensation determined by experience
