Senior Software Engineer, CRM

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end CRM features and integrations, breaking complex problems into pieces.
• Build and maintain FMS integrations and data sync via event-driven patterns.
• Work across full stack: Angular, Node.js, Phalcon, MySQL, Redis, AWS.
• Design end-to-end observability for CRM and integration services with Datadog, Grafana, CloudWatch.
• Share ownership of the live system: on-call, incident response, reliability.
• Partner with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Architects, and leadership to translate requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering in SaaS with ownership of production services.
• Strong understanding of scalable, high-throughput, integration-heavy systems.
• Hands-on with Angular (TypeScript) and Node.js services; relational and NoSQL databases.
• Event-driven/microservices on AWS (ECS Fargate, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, Redis, S3, CloudWatch).
• Production practices: automated tests, CI/CD, security, observability; on-call readiness.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools.
