Senior Software Engineer, Data Lake

📋 Description

• Design and scale CDC, snapshot, and streaming ingestion to the data lake.
• Improve pipeline reliability, scale, data quality, and monitoring.
• Build self-service onboarding for databases and schemas.
• Collaborate to select ingestion patterns for latency and compliance.
• Implement access controls, PII workflows, and retention pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building backend platforms or distributed data systems.
• Proficiency in Java/Scala/Python with high-performance code.
• Deep expertise with PostgreSQL and CDC mechanisms.
• Experience with Kafka, Flink, or Spark for large-scale streaming.
• Experience with AWS S3, Kubernetes, and schema governance.
